City Offices Closed/Sandbag Distribution Continues

City offices and facilities including the Temple Terrace Public Library and the Family Rec Complex will be closed on Tuesday, Sept. 27 through Thursday, Sept. 29. SANITATION SERVICES WILL CONTINUE AS NORMAL THROUGH TUESDAY, AS CONDITIONS ALLOW.

In anticipation of Hurricane Ian threatening our area, the City will make sandbags available to Temple Terrace residents on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at the Sports Complex located at 10369 US Highway 301 beginning at 10am and continuing as weather conditions and supplies allow, but no later than 6pm. Sandbags from this distribution point are reserved for residents of Temple Terrace who must show a valid ID or recent utility bill that includes a Temple Terrace address. The station will be self-service with bags, shovels and sand provided. Assistance is available for the elderly or persons with disabilities. There is a limit of 10 sandbags per vehicle.
