We suggest you access the Index folder first to determine which Chapter will contain the information you are seeking, then click on the appropriate Chapter link. Please be cautioned that this version of the Code consists of the revised Charter and those codified Ordinances that were in effect as of July 18, 2007, the date of the most recent Supplement. Any Ordinances passed after that date will be included in the next Supplement. If you have a particular concern or issue, please e-mail the City Clerk to determine if the particular section of the Code in which you are interested is still in effect or if it has since been amended.
