Pay Your Water/Sewer Bill From Your Bank AccountThe Finance Department is primarily responsible for the administration, direction, coordination, and supervision of all City financial functions and operations involving financial planning, budgeting, debt management, investments, accounting, purchasing, payroll, business licensing, and utility accounts and billing.

The Department's work is divided into five programs: Administration, Accounting & Auditing, Occupational Licensing, Water & Sewer Utility Customer Service, and Water & Utility Meter Reading.
