REGISTERING AS A CONTRACTOR IN TEMPLE TERRACE

Contractor Registration Form

To conduct contracting business within the City of Temple Terrace you must register by providing the following:

State Licensed Contractors must be prepared to supply the following:

1. A copy of your current Florida drivers license.
2. A copy of a valid Hillsborough County Competency card .
3. A notarized letter of authorization signed by the qualifier of the business listing all people allowed to obtain permits under their license.
4. A completed registration application supplied by the permitting desk.
5. A valid copy of insurances, including liability and worker comp coverage, listing the City of Temple Terrace as a certificate holder.
6. A copy of your state contractor's license.

Locally certified contractors must be prepared to supply the following:
