Planning and Development is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the City’s land development regulation and review process. The Community Development Director oversees the Planning and Development Division.

- Site plan review
- Comprehensive plan changes
- Zoning reclassification
- Variances
- Business district redevelopment planning
