These rules are necessary to keep our City safe and clean for all residents. Violation: City ordinances limit parking of vehicles in residential zoning districts to permanent, durable, stabilized and dustless surfaces (concrete, asphalt, brick, pavers, or bordered gravel). Corrective Action:Relocate vehicles from grass, mulch, pine stray or other unapproved materials to surfaces outlined above. Except as provided in Section 25.760.11 and Section 25.750.3, all non-commercial vehicles may be parked only under the following conditions, otherwise, they are prohibited from residentially zoned districts.
