Community Redevelopment
The City of Temple Terrace is a rising star in the nationally recognized Tampa Bay area of Florida. Dubbed the "Amazing City," the municipality is nestled among the grand oaks and towering pines along the banks of the majestic Hillsborough River.

Temple Terrace has a population of approximately 25,000, and its City Center is strategically located near the University of South Florida, Florida College, Telecom Park, Busch Gardens and I-75.
The City provides its residents with a high quality of life and easy access to the entire Tampa Bay region and its world-class amenities.

As part of its efforts to continually improve its quality of life and strengthen is economic environment, the City has established a Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) that includes 20 acres of City-owned land. The long-term vision for the CRA is to create a vibrant downtown that will be valued by its citizens for generations to come.

The City has issued a Request For Qualifications. See documents below.
